As a service to our clients, Daticon offers a program for continuing legal education designed to provide insightful education in the areas of electronic discovery and records retention. With expert presenters, well crafted presentations, and up-to-date information, legal professionals will find the presentations informative and interesting.

Daticon can arrange to conduct CLE courses at client locations during convenient hours. We provide expertise without the client incurring time, cost, or inconvenience of travel. Daticon can provide the law firm with all the documentation that may be required for the client to file with the relevant state bar association to receive credit.

Our Faculty


Daticon’s Continuing Legal Education (CLE) courses are instructed by members of our consulting team, which is comprised of some of the most experienced electronic discovery practitioners in the industry. All of our team members have worked on hundreds of electronic discovery cases and have accumulated a wealth of both knowledge and experience helping law firms and corporate legal departments with the electronic discovery process and implementation utilizing best practice methodologies. In addition to instructing CLE courses for Daticon, our faculty members are also frequent lecturers and have authored may articles dealing with the emerging topic of electronic discovery.
