To ensure quality, productivity, and complete customer satisfaction, Daticon
assigns a Project Management Team consisting of an Senior Consultant,
a Consultant, and at least one Project Coordinator to each account.
This team, led by the Executive Account Manager, is a unique approach to
Project Management and ultimately allows for absolute responsiveness and
readiness to the your needs.

About Senior Consultant's, Consultants, and other support |
Our Senior Consultants average seven
years of experience and are experts at defining and documenting your specific
project requirements, assigning the most appropriate resources, and providing
timely and accurate status reports throughout your projects. Each of the
Executive Account Managers has led complex, high-volume, and highly influential
projects to great success.
Daticon Senior Consultants are supported internally by a group of Consultants who
specialize in electronic data discovery and paper data discovery. Project
Coordinators support the team and ensure that project timelines are being
met and status updated. This core production staff is comprised of long-term
employees—unique in an industry characterized by temporary workers.
Assisting the project management team in managing a successful project is the
support infrastructure provided by the Operational Managerial staff overseeing
Electronic Discovery, Paper Conversion, Coding, Hosting, and Productions. |

Helping you stay in control and up to date, Daticon's project management team
is driven to provide timely solutions to any question or concern you may have.
Additionally, project progress reports detailing project-specific metrics are
available at all stages or your matter. These reports are customizable in
content, design, and format and can be delivered based on your reporting schedule.
Finally, Daticon does sell any
service that we do not completely support
ourselves. Our customers can always
resolve any project-related issues with a
single call or message to their Daticon
