Director, Human Resources
Kelly Coblentz brings 10 years of HR experience in mid-sized organizations with a
specialization in employee benefits, human resources information systems,
and compensation. Kelly joined Daticon in February of 2007 as Director of Human Resources.
Prior to joining Daticon, Kelly held multiple corporate leadership roles at INFONXX,
the world's premier provider of directory assistance and enhanced information services.
She was responsible for effectively managing Corporate-level Human Resource functions
for the North American call center operations as well as leading teams to achieve
global HR initiatives. Kelly also held roles with long-term care companies - Complete
Care Services and Penn Treaty Network America.
She has a BSBA in Human Resources from Shippensburg University as well as an MBA from
DeSales University. Additionally, Kelly holds a Professional in Human Resources
(PHR) certification.
