Managing Director, Client Services
Adam Rubinger is the Managing Director of Daticon’s Client Services Group. He has over a decade of experience and proven leadership in litigation support, information governance as well as managing large-scale electronic discovery projects.
Prior to joining Daticon, Mr. Rubinger was an Engagement Manager for Fios, Inc. where he assisted law firms such as Winston & Strawn, Kirkland & Ellis, K&L Gates, and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, as well as corporations including Starbucks, Walgreens, Sprint/Nextel and Motorola, with various computer forensic investigations, complex electronic discovery and litigation readiness issues.
Prior to joining Fios, Mr. Rubinger was the founder and President of EDSS, Inc, a litigation support technology consulting company. For three years, Mr. Rubinger assisted law firms and corporations with scanning, coding, imaging and in-court presentation technologies.
Mr. Rubinger consults on high-profile client engagements for many of the nation’s top 200 law firms and Fortune 500 corporations. Mr. Rubinger brings expertise in the areas of computer forensics, electronic discovery, and IT security. He has written a number of articles as well as online presentations dealing with emerging technologies such as Instant Messaging, Native File Format production and document preservation. Mr. Rubinger has consulted in numerous DOJ second requests, complex patent disputes as well as many large-scale document reviews with review teams of over 100 concurrent attorneys reviewing in multiple locations. Over the last two years, Mr. Rubinger has been involved and in most cases, led over 100 e-discovery projects from collections through production.
Mr. Rubinger received his JD from the Hamline University School of Law and his BA from the University of Minnesota.
